How to book

Important information

  • Bookings are essential for all education visits and must be made at least 2 weeks in advance
  • It is not possible to make tentative bookings
  • Bookings are made by calling the museum where the program is run

Cost

  • 60 minute guided program - $6 per student
  • 90 minute guided program - $8 per student
  • 120 minute guided program - $10 per student

Please note all school visits to HHT museums are by guided program only.

The preferred student: teacher ratio is 10: 1 for primary groups and 15:1 for secondary groups. Teachers and parents attend free of charge at these ratios. Each additional visitor will be charged at the concession rate of $5.00.

Payment

  • Payment on the day of the visit can be made by cheque (payable to the Historic Houses Trust), VISA, MasterCard, EFT or cash.
  • You may request an invoice be sent after the visit.

Changes or cancellation

Changes to the booking or notice of cancellation must be made IN WRITING by fax or email. Cancellation within 5 working days of booking will incur a fee.
