Internship placements are preferably project-based to give the internship a specific focus that will be of mutual benefit to the student, workplace supervisor and the HHT, or individual property.

Projects can be short-term, with the student working from start to finish or they may be part of an on-going program but should have an identifiable outcome for the student, with measurable levels of achievement to aid assessment.
