The Historic Houses Trust offers a range of services for tertiary students and adult education groups.

Programs have been devised to meet a wide variety of audience needs by providing stimulating educational activities to develop knowledge, understanding and skills. Our services can be tailor-made to meet specific course requirements and can be undertaken both as on-site visits and as outreach.

Internships

Internship placements are project-based to give a specific focus that will be of mutual benefit to the student, workplace supervisor and the HHT, or individual property.

Projects can be short-term, with the student working from start to finish or they may be part of an on-going program but should have an identifiable outcome for the student, with measurable levels of achievement to aid assessment.

Due to a review of the HHT Tertiary Student Internship Program, placement opportunities in this program for the remainder of 2011 are limited. Please watch this web page for details of revised program and project opportunities in 2012.
