Located at the bustling transport hub of Circular Quay, this majestic sandstone complex was originally the Water Police Court (1856), Water Police Station (1858) and Police Court (1886). Both the Blacket Court room and an adjoining antechamber, the Yellow Room, are ideal for workshops, presentations, product launches, incentive events, business luncheons, dinners and cocktails.
The Justice & Police Museum makes available several dedicated event spaces. The Blacket Court has undergone an extensive refurbishment to incorporate innovative lighting for both day and evening events and state-of-the-art audio visual equipment including data projection, integrated audio system and high speed internet access. This space is now ideal for conferences, workshops, luncheons, themed dinners, cocktail parties and special events.
It also features an original Police Station entrance, holding cells, magistrate's bench and canopy, pre function space with an impressive sandstone verandah overlooking Circular Quay.
