Friday – Sunday 10.30am-3pm and public holidays
House access by guided tour only: tickets distributed at the gatehouse

Closed Good Friday and Christmas Day  

Grounds open daily 10am – 4pm

Government House is closed occasionally as it is used for Vice-Regal functions.
Check for vice-regal closures online or if you are making a special trip to the city to go on a tour, we advise that you contact Government House T 02 9931 5222 to ensure that the house is open.
